The Warrnambool-based boxer was initially scheduled to fight India’s Kirti in New Delhi in September before it was rescheduled for later this month.
Johnson confirmed via a Facebook post that she would no longer be travelling to India for the bout, though did not state a reason as to why.
"As disappointing as it is I know there are other great opportunities only just around the corner," she said.
"I’d just like to thank my promoter Brian Amatruda and my entire team for their help and guidance. And as always my sponsors and fans for all your ongoing support.”
Johnson, who took her professional boxing record to 10-0 back in July, is yet to announce when her next fight will be.
But she did hint to her supporters on Facebook that there was something in the pipelines.
"Stay tuned for more exciting news to come,” she said on her post.
