The club confirmed co-coaches Shane Quick and Shane Threlfall will take the reigns of its senior football team, while Steph Townsend will remain as A grade coach.
Townsend's reappointment could come as a surprise to many after she stated she would be stepping down as coach following this year's grand final win.
"We went to her and told her that we would like her to stay on and she has. And we are delighted with that,” president Jake Harkness said.
Harkness said the decision to re-sign dual premiership coaches Quick and Threlfall for a fourth season gave Nirranda 'stability'.
"We are very happy that they are staying on board," he said.
"I think it is the overall package and they just compliment each other.
"The challenge is for us to be competitive again and we will be the hunted so we will take it as it comes.
"It is early days yet but all the indications are that we won't lose anybody."
The Blues' president said the trio of Isaac Templeton, Travis Graham and Brayden Harkness would all be assistant coaches.
