Stevens top-scored with 25 points in the 59-55 loss to Nunawading Spectres.
The Seahawks, one of 24 junior boys teams from around the nation to qualify for the under 14 competition, will now play-off for between fifth and eighth place.
The Shane Smith-coached Seahawks won four of their five pool games.
Smith said the players were proud of their efforts in reaching the quarter-finals.
They defeated Cairns Marlins 70-26, Illawarra Hawks in a 70-68 thriller, Willeton Tigers 64-55 and Kilsyth Cobras 50-45.
They fell 62-55 to Kilsyth Comets.
Stevens scored 135 points across the five pool games, including 43 in the Seahawks’ stunning win over Illawarra.
He gathered a steal and scored the winning lay-up over the Hawks, sparking wild celebrations.
Connor Byrne, Finn O’Sullivan, Rupert Morley, Pwoch Akoch, Oliver Smith, Oliver Myers, Luamon Lual, Isaiah Woodbury and Harry Keast are also representing Warrnambool Seahawks at the national competition at Kilsyth.
