The Lions claimed the South West Victoria Football Association title on Sunday with a 3-1 win against Warrnambool Wolves.
But coach Lachie Fraser could not guarantee the Lions would be the same side next season.
"The future is a bit untold at the moment to be 100 per cent honest," he said.
"To go back-to-back would be an amazing feeling, and there will definitely be a team next year, but I am just not sure exactly what is going on.
"A lot of the boys have said they might finish up. We will probably know more closer to the season starting.”
Fraser said the win was an unforgettable feeling, regardless of what the future held.
He said it felt a fitting way for himself and others to finish.
"It was absolutely amazing to be honest," he said.
"To come away with the premiership is just a fairytale ending for us, especially after being the underdog.
"I think because of that and because a lot of boys might finish up is why it feels like such a fairytale."
Warrnambool Wolves claimed the two junior titles, with wins in the under 12s and under 14s, both against Warrnambool Rangers.
President Carlos Del Rio said the club was proud.
"From the Wolves' perspective we were going for three trophies on the day, but two out of three is fantastic," he said.
"We’re chuffed and it was a huge season for the club and a lot of work was done for us to put a lot of ticks on the board."
