The Magpies soared home strongly to claim the Hampden league 13 and under grand final against Cobden, 30 to 27.
Mungean said her side had a team focus all year and it resulted in the ultimate prize.
"They brought it today and they played as a team," she said.
"They came together as one and there were no individuals out there.
"They all worked their butts off for each other which was really really good.
“Can't get a better bunch of girls and to top it off with a premiership is mint, it is just fantastic it is unreal."
The Magpies said during the week they prided themselves on being versatile, and Mungean said that showed against the Bomber.
"Last time we played Cobden our goal shooter Ruby Conheady we played her in goal defence, so today I thought well we are going to play her in goal shooter and exploit their size," she said.
"And it showed today, it was fantastic."
