Residents and visitors to the art gallery have had the chance to cast their votes over the past few months.
Warrnambool artist Megan Nicolson took out the art prize with her portrait of Colleen Hughson.
This year 41 people entered the competition.
Money raised from the exhibition will go to Western District Employment Access’s ArtLink initiative for people with disabilities or experiencing disadvantage.
The people’s choice winner takes home $1500 and second prize receives $500.
The afternoon kicks off at 2pm.
