The league reported an overall increase of approximately $3000.
This was boosted by a grand final gate of $29, 697, which was up by close to $1800 on 2017.
President Michael Harrison said the finals were an overall success.
"We think we did pretty well, everything went well expect for the weather which we can't control,” he said.
"It was the same as last year where we only had two sunny days for the whole finals, which were the second semi and the grand final.
"We had some horrific weather especially for the first final. But we thank all who came out and supported the district league."
Harrison said some new additions helped with the increased numbers.
“We introduced a dry area this year and through discussions it looks like a positive way to go,” he said.
“We also had more marquees for both the football and the netball, so if it had have rained or was too sunny then supporters had somewhere to stand.”
The league boss said a full review of the finals would take place.
