A strong third quarter saw the Power take the lead after trailing the Tigers 6-15 at half-time.
The Power lifted and scored 12 goals in the third quarter to get ahead of the Tigers.
They continued strongly, outscoring Merrivale in the final quarter, to win the first match on WDFNL grand final day.
Coach Carolyn Carlin said the win was “unbelievable”.
“The girls have done a fantastic job,” she said.
“The 11 girls have been a great team all year, and today it took all four quarters.
“They have done us proud.”
Kolora-Noorat goal defence Isabelle Kenna was awarded best on court.
Mila Croft shot 20 goals for Kolora Noorat with Ruby Kenna snagging the balance.
Jayde Kent and Paiyton Noonan scored the Tigers’ goals.
