Keath celebrated her 150th game with a 57-43 win over top-three side North Warrnambool Eagles on Saturday.
Goal keeper Keath, goal defence Hannah Loveday and wing defence Ally O’Connor, who also had a stint in centre, were integral in the final round clash.
Keath believes they’re ready for an elimination final showdown against Port Fairy on Sunday.
“In theory, if the attackers do their job, the pressure’s off a little bit down the defensive end,” she said.
“We’ve got a lot of options to rotate into that defensive end so it’s working really nicely.
“(Hannah) is a bit younger but the last 12 months the development I’ve seen in her is huge, so that communication is something we’ve been working on in training and it’s coming together.”
Roosters coach Mandy van Rooy was rapt with the result against the Eagles.
They controlled play for most of the match bar a third-quarter fight back.
“It’s nice to come into finals with a great win against a quality side,” she said.
“I thought we stuck to our processes really well. We knew with North they like to play a fast game. You can’t give them two or three goals because they’ll just run away with it.
“I thought we fought really hard and we played well and backed each other up. It was just a really great game to watch.”
