Thanks to a cold front moving over southeast Australia, the iconic nature reserve is feeling a weekend wintry burst, with temperatures hovering below zero.
Stephen King from the Bureau of Meteorology said current conditions in the area meant reports of snow was conceivable.
“It’s minus one there at the moment,” he said at 2pm,
“The Grampians recorded hail at lunchtime and temperatures have dropped again since then so it’s seems highly likely its snowing up there.”
