Last Saturday Old Collegians and Kolora-Noorat faced off in a final round encounter and again will do battle in the qualifying final at Merrivale on Saturday.
Both coaches agreed that the repeat would not effect their side and it would be business as usual.
But South Rovers coach Adam Matheson and Timboon Demons mentor Mick Hunt were split on the idea of playing their round 18 opponent a week later.
Hunt was straight forward with his answer.
“The result will tell you what ever it wants to tell you but to me it is no different,” he said. “We are going to go out to try and beat South Rovers in a final.”
But Matheson was feeling optimistic about his side.
“We learnt a bit from last weekend’s loss that we will take into Sunday,” he said.
