The Saints have welcomed back elite midfielder Taylor Mulraney from injury.
Coach Chris McLaren said it was great to have the premiership star back to take on Terang-Mortlake.
"He is a huge in for us," he said.
"He has played Interleague, he is one of the best mids in the game who has had a terrific season and was in great form."
Mulraney missed close to a month with a cut eyelid.
"It was a unique and funny one," McLaren said.
"We took precaution and thought he would only miss maybe one week, but it was a horribly slow healer and and he probably missed three or four in the end.
"But the way he plays, role he plays and having played Interleague he hasn't really had a week off.
"So because the injury was his eye, he has still been able to do all the training, but hopefully the time off has helped him and he comes back fresh."
The Saints have also named rebounding-defender Todd White who missed last week due to illness.
The teenage duo of Seamus Brady and Frazer Robb both make their way back to the thirds.
Camperdown has confirmed Sam Cunnington will miss Saturday’s clash with Cobden due to concussion.
The key midfielder suffered the injury in last week’s match against Portland.
Coach Phil Carse said the club was not taking any risks.
“You just really have to go with doctor’s advice,” he said.
“He was still feeling the side effects on Monday and Tuesday. And when it comes to head injuries you just don’t play around and we made the early call to rest him.”
Carse said Cunnington’s absence opened up the door for Luke Clark.
“He played the three previous senior games and was stiff to be dropped when he had five coming back,” he said.
“But he did the right thing and went back to the reserves and got best on and he comes back in.”
