The incident occurred when a green Toyota Yaris travelling north, ran into a parked 2017 silver SS Holden Commodore wagon near Bohemia Cafe about 4pm.
The force of the crash pushed the Commodore about a metre -and-a-half into a parked ute beside it, causing extensive damage to the Commodore and some damage to the ute.
The north-bound lane between the blocks of Koroit and Lava streets was closed until 5.20pm.
Police and ambulance attended. The Yaris was towed from the scene.
Warrnambool police First Constable Regan Silich said it was an accident and there was no drugs or alcohol involved.
First Constable Silich said the female driver, aged in her 50s from Warrnambool, was assessed by paramedics for shock and was cleared a short time later.
It occurred just metres from where a six-car chain reaction crash happened in September last year.
