WKC vice president Murray Swayn confirmed that over 200 drivers had registered for the weekend’s racing at the kart club’s track at Lake Gillear.
He also said the weekend had been a huge success.
“It was fantastic for our local members to pull of a big weekend like this,” he said.
“We had a good crowd, great numbers, weather and club results.”
The weekend’s total of 206 was the fourth time this year a round of the series has had over 200 racers (242 at Cobden, 252 at Ballarat and 216 at Wimmera).
The next round of the Victorian Country Series is in Hamilton in September.
