A man attended a Raglan Parade chemist in Warrnambool between 10am and 10.30am on July 9.
The man filled a trolley with various food and cosmetic items before leaving the store without paying.
Investigators believe the same man attended a Liebig Street pharmacy between 5.10pm and 5.40pm on July 16.
He filled a black bag with various items before walking out of the store without paying.
Also on July 16, the man returned to the Raglan Parade pharmacy between 6.00pm and 6.15pm.
On this occasion, he placed a number of items into a black bag and walked out.
It is believed the man then attended at a pharmacy on Percy Street, Portland, at approximately 12.30pm on July 17.
Police have released images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
He is perceived to be of Indian sub-continental appearance with dark hair and was unshaven.
