The former Family Court litigant accused of a string of Sydney bombings and murders in the 1980s told his estranged wife he could shoot her father "at any time", a judge has been told.

And shortly after her brother became involved in her dispute with Leonard John Warwick, his body was found in a creek after he had been shot in the head.
Andrea Blanchard was giving evidence in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday at the judge-alone trial of her ex-husband, now 71.
He has pleaded not guilty to four murders - including the shooting deaths of Stephen Blanchard and Justice David Opas - and 20 other offences relating to seven events between February 1980 and July 1985.
The prosecutor says the former firefighter was involved in a long-running Family Court dispute which "inextricably linked" him to the events and gave him a motivation to commit the offences.
Ms Blanchard told the court that after a disagreement in 1979, Warwick said: "Well you know, I could shoot your father at any time".
"I said that would be stupid, the police will be called".
Warwick replied: "you will be next", she said.
This conversation occurred before she last saw her brother on the evening of February 21, 1980, days after he became involved in her dispute with Warwick.
He was on the phone to their mother when Ms Blanchard went out and was not there when she returned to the Revesby home.
She assumed he went to his cellarman job at the Revesby Workers Club the next morning but his bosses rang to say he hadn't turned up.
His wallet, watch, passport and other personal items were in his room, at the back of the house, but his sheets, pillow and doona had disappeared.
Four days after he was reported missing, his body, with bricks attached around his waist, was found in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.
Asked if she knew of her brother having any enemies, she replied: "None whatsoever, no, no one".
Months later, the couple's dispute came before Justice Opas and during the break they walked to get something to eat.
Warwick told her: "Don't have to worry about Justice Opas, he won't be there for much longer," she said.
When she asked if the judge was going on leave, he replied: "No, he won't be there at all."
Weeks later, Justice Opas was shot dead in the courtyard of his home.
The trial continues.
