New Warrnambool and District league president Michael Harrison, who recently took over from McSween, confirmed on Thursday that an AFL registered investigator had concluded the inquiry and that no further action would be taken against the club representatives involved.
The investigation was McSween’s last action as the league’s president.
He initiated the inquiry into the club representatives on the same day he stood down from the role.
