A Powercor spokeswoman said severe winds and storms had caused a number of outages across the network, including along the south-west.
She said crews were working to restore power to customers as quickly and safely as possible.
The spokeswoman said a fault on a powerline impacted electricity to 139 customers in the Allansford about 11.30am on Tuesday.
She said crews were able to fix the fault and restore power to customers by 2.15pm.
“We will continue to keep customers updated on estimated restoration times through our call centre, on our website and via text messages,” the spokeswoman said.

More than 160 homes have been hit with a power outage.
Powercor’s website said a fault at the Cobden-Warrnambool Road in Allansford has affected customers in Naringal, Mepunga West, Panmure and Allansford.
The cause of the outage is under investigation and is estimated to be fixed by 4pm on Tuesday.
A power outage affected 128 customers in Naringal, Allansford and Mepunga West earlier this month.
It also reported faults on Hamilton-Port Fairy Road and Princes Highway near Gnotuk, affecting another 83 homes in Camperdown, Naroghid and Cobrico. The cause is under investigation and is estimated to be fixed by 4pm.
