Stow has earned a recall to the Eagles’ senior side after a stint in the Hampden league reserves.
Coach Graeme Twaddle said the teenager would “make a terrific key position player at some stage”.
Twaddle will use Stow in a variety of roles against Camperdown at Bushfield Recreation Reserve on Saturday as they try and aid his development.
He will spend time on the wing and could move forward.
“If we are to be an OK side, we need to find versatile blokes to play different positions,” Twaddle said.
“(Wing) is something Liam can add to his bag of tricks. He’s played seniors on a wing before so he’s had an opportunity there.
“In the ressies he’s been behind the ball or in front of the ball. He’s been exposed in a lot of areas on the ground.”
