Ray White Warrnambool is organising the event, which will be at the Emmanuel Centre on Saturday, August 25.
The ball will raise money for The Lookout residential rehabilitation centre.
Ray White’s Steve Aberline said the charity ball was a good way for the community to get behind an important project.
"We want to hold it annually and want to give to everyone,” he said.
“The Lookout is a good place to start. We are likely to see a result from the money we contribute in the short term."
Tom Ballard will host the evening and Dave Hughes will perform a comedy set.
A car will be raffled with the winner drawn on the night. It is a Mitsubishi ASX. An auction will also be held, with sporting memorabilia and other items up for grabs.
Catering will be provided by Brother Fox, with hot and cold grazing plates to be sat down on table throughout the night.
Mr Aberline said there would be bars, as well as a cocktail and whiskey bar.
Melbourne corporate band Chunky Jam will entertain on the night.
WRAD director Geoff Soma said the ball was another example of the community’s support for the Lookout project.
“WRAD continues to be impressed by the level of support from the general community and acknowledges the significant offer of financial support which will be made possible through the inaugural Ray White Charity Ball,” Mr Soma said.
“The Lookout Residential Rehabilitation Project is important for individuals, families and the broader community.”
Tickets are $170 and are available at www.rwcharityball.com or via the Ray White Charity Ball Facebook page.
