The Warriors allowed the Dogs to stay in the contest until half-time. Then blew the game open in the second half to win 19.22 (136) to 8.7 (55).
It left coach Josh Reichman rapt.
"I was happy with the way we finished off,” he said.
“It was pretty tight come half-time and we didn’t get the buffer that we wanted to have.
“But we then finished off well with 10 goals in the last quarter.”
It was the opposite for Panmure.
Coach Tim Condon was pleased with the first half, not so much the second.
"We had a crack and were there until half-time," he said.
"We were right in the hunt, won the contested footy and it was good to get our hands on it.
“They handballed out of the contest and we blazed away. When you play like that against the goods sides they make you play.”
