Lachlan Chugg, 18, of no fixed address, appeared in the Hamilton Magistrates Court on Wednesday, pleaded guilty to charges and was placed on a court order.
Hamilton police then arrested him overnight Wednesday and charged Mr Chugg with more offences, which potentially breach the new court order.
Mr Chugg appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Thursday where he did not apply for bail.
He was remanded in custody until Thursday next week.
Magistrate Cynthia Toose noted custody management issues included that Mr Chugg was withdrawing from ice use.
