The Far Cues, led by captain Tim Wyatt, finished atop the division one ladder.
Jodie O’Keeffe will skipper Cally Rock in the top-grade decider.
Renegades, which play out of Warrnambool Beach Backpackers, will play Royal Raffertys in the division two grand final.
John Hosking will captain Renegades with Jethro Serle, who skippered Grassmere Cricket Association Club Wangoom during the 2017-18 season, to lead Royal Raffertys.
The top two division two teams will be elevated to division one next season.
The bottom two division one sides will be relegated.
Grand finals will start at 1.30pm with presentations to follow.
