The Power had to deal with a first-half challenge from the Cats that had the home team four goals down late in the second quarter.
A late flurry from the Power gave it a three-point half-time lead and laid the foundation for a second-half onslaught.
Kolora-Noorat kicked 14 goals to Allansford’s three over the last two quarters to record a big win.
Ben Fraser kicked five goals for the Power but it was the four-goal haul from Kemp that stood out for coach Danny Finn.
“Because he is such a good player, Ben gets double-teamed a bit,” Finn said.
“That frees Bailey up and he was really dangerous close to goal.
“He competed really well in the air, he’s only a young player and there is a lot of upside to him.”
