White, a former Koroit and Panmure premiership player, has been a star in his debut season for the Lions. He was absent last week and watched on as Nirranda dealt his team a 108-point defeat.
Merrivale will go into the game refreshed after playing its last game on May 12. In between, it has had an interleague bye, a regular season bye and last week had a week off in lieu of playing Old Collegians on Good Friday. Despite the break, the Tigers will be without coach Jason Rowan who is yet to overcome a knee injury.
Mitchell Couch will miss Nirranda’s home game against Panmure. John Paulin is among the ins for the Blues who are on top of the ladder.
Russells Creek makes the trip to Timboon to take on the Demons while Kolora-Noorat will be favoured to win on its home ground against Allansford.
