The Demons, who are currently sitting sixth, have a chance to square their ledger at 3-3 against Panmure on Saturday, after an interrupted pre-season derailed Timboon’s start, losing its first three games.

Hunt said his side quickly moved on from the upset victory over Nirranda and that it was now refocused after last weekend’s bye.

“The old story is that was only one week, we’ve got to make sure we are ready and we come to the contest with exactly the same passion as we did against Nirranda,” the third-year coach said.

“We have started to get going and starting to find a bit of form and some match fitness. But because we started so far behind the eight-ball we have just got to keep the momentum and the pressure up and bring our best every week.

“It doesn't matter who we are playing, we have to show every team the respect they deserve and if we don't go there to play then they are just as dangerous as anyone else in the league.”
