Krepp was named best on ground for his performance up forward helping secure the Lions a thumping 20.17 (137) to 6.5 (41) victory over Russells Creek at Mack Oval.
Lions coach Adam Matheson praised Krepp on his performance, but mentioned that his side’s focal point was not only on his in-form forward.
“Nathan presents all day and there will be some quarters where he won’t score any goals but his work rate doesn’t drop off,” he said. “Then there will be times in the game when he will find the footy and kick goals and today was one of them.
“But we don’t rely upon him as yesterday showed we certainly have a spread of goal kickers to cover Nathan if he doesn’t kick a few goals.”
The Lions face finals contender Kolora-Noorat after next weekend’s bye.
