Man charged over theft of tip jar
A young Warrnambool man is to be charged with this week stealing a tip jar full of money from the Whalers Inn as well as money from the Warrnambool RSL.

Warrnambool police said the man was arrested after returning to the Whalers Inn this Friday.
Senior Constable Adrian Dolman of Warrnambool police said the Whalers Inn believed there was about $200 in the tip jar when it was stolen.
Senior Constable Dolman said the man would face a bail justice this Friday evening who would determine whether the man would be released from custody.
