Dannika Slater, 22, of North Wallacedale Road, Wallacedale, unsuccessfully applied for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Thursday.
She was remanded in custody to reappear in Warrnambool court on Monday next week.
Thursday: A 22-YEAR-OLD woman who acted irrationally after being arrested on Wednesday for stealing clothes will appear in Warrnambool court on Thursday.
Hamilton police tried to transport the woman to the Warrnambool police station overnight but she caused a disturbance in the rear of a divisional van, which then had to return to Hamilton.
She spent the night in the Hamilton police station cells.
The woman will appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Thursday for a bail/remand hearing after being remanded in custody by a bail justice charged with three counts of theft from retail outlets.
She has been charged with stealing clothes on Monday valued at $130.
The woman was identified on security camera footage which led to her arrest.
