Warrnambool Mountain Bike Club's twilight criterium fun for all

WARRNAMBOOL Mountain Bike Club will host its second of four-week twilight criterium series on Wednesday night.

The club offers a short and fun two-kilometre mountain bike race at the Thunder Point trails that every rider has a chance of winning.

The series has four divisions –  A (four laps), B (three laps), C (two laps) grades and E-Bike divisions, with all competitors split between these classes based on rider ability. Each week a handicap and fastest time winners are announced, with an aggregate points score winner to be announced after the final round of the series. Shaun King (A grade, 26 minutes, 32 seconds), Louis O’Callaghan (B grade, 19.45) and Nick Morton (C grade, 15.00) were opening round winners.
