The Jeff Roslin-captained outfit is backing its versatility to unsettle Mortlake at Camperdown on Saturday.
“They tend to like to bat first and use their bowling line up to defend their score,” Rosolin said.
“We like to chase down totals and our form this year has shown that. We tend to try and chase wickets. A lot of other teams try and bowl patiently and wait for batters to make a mistake.
“Don’t expect that from us this weekend. It (an aggressive approach) can cost runs but it doesn’t come without its rewards.
“Mortlake is a team which relies on its top four batsmen to make runs.”
Rosolin said the Rebels’ adaptability was one of their strengths. He hopes it can deliver the club a second flag in three seasons.
“We have constantly changed our batting order all season,” Rosolin said.
“We have got a side where if we are seven wickets down we can have two recognised batsmen come in. Others teams are locked and loaded with their batting line ups.”
