An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were called to the scene, near Anderson Point on Portland’s foreshore, about 12.30pm on Friday.
The man suffered pelvis and elbow injuries in the paragliding crash and the spokesperson said the air ambulance would be landing to convey the man to hospital.
