The Warrnambool and District Artists’ Society president said the annual event would showcase members’ talents from an array of mediums.
“There’s pottery, acrylics, lino cuts, black and whites and oils,” he said. “There really is something for everyone.”
Mr Walker said all items at the exhibition were submitted by members and would be available for purchase.
“They’re all for sale and prices range from $80 to $1800.”
Visitors to the summer show will be able to vote for their favourite art works with an award for the most popular piece being presented when the exhibition closes on January 28.
The Warrnambool & District Artists’ Society Summer Show can be found at Merri View Gallery at 4 Coramba Court in South Warrnambool.
It will be open from 12 noon to 4pm daily from Saturday.
