The event was addressed by AFL legend Wayne Schwass and 2017 Corangamite Shire Citizen of the Year James Green.
During the night, Mr Green spoke about his experience in community work and highlighted the importance of getting involved.
Mr Schwass, who played 282 AFL games for the Sydney Swans and North Melbourne, spoke about his battle with mental health disorders and encouraged men to seek help.
The barbecue also celebrated the end of Movember with several WestVic Dairy staff getting moustaches shaved off to raise about $2000 for the Movember men’s health foundation.
