Brendan Bushell, 40, of Lowrey Street, Panmure, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court to unlawful assault.
In late September he was jailed for three months on two counts of unlawful assault committed during the break-up of his relationship.
Bushell is due for release later this month after already serving 28 days in custody prior to being sentenced.
The most recent offending involved pushing a neighbour during an ongoing neighbourhood dispute, mainly involving children and the claimed verbal abuse of them.
