Police from the Warrnambool divisional tasking unit searched the house on Thursday night and a man and woman, both 27, were arrested and charged with drug and weapons offences.
Sergeant Cameron Ross said police also seized a small amount of methamphetamine and a small amount of cannabis plants.
Police also found a machete and baton at the house.
The man and woman were both bailed to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court in December.
