A MAN caught with two guns in his car has been remanded in police custody.

Branden Hobbs, 25, of Dennys Street, Warrnambool, did not apply for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court charged with 15 offences.
The charges included two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and five charges of handling stolen goods.
Mr Hobbs did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody until July 24.
The charges showed that police intercepted Mr Hobbs in Armstrong Grove and found a sawn-off .22 calibre rifle and an air rifle in his car.
There were also a range of tools associated with committing burglaries and items believed to be stolen, including keys, electronics, collectible stamps, bank cards, passports, a cheque book, laptop computers, women's jewellery and two boxes of ammunition
