Two people have been injured in a single-vehicle crash on the Great Ocean Road Saturday afternoon.

Ambulance crews were called to the crash near Wattle Hill, east of Princetown, about 3.30pm after the car hit a tree.
Two women, both in their late teens were hurt in the crash. Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullin said one woman suffered facial injuries and the other received lacerations to her arm.
The pair are being assessed at the scene and will be transported to hospital.
