A 47-year-old woman already banned from several businesses and services will appear in Warrnambool court on Wednesday charged with offensive behaviour.

Police said the woman was ranting and raving in Lava Street on Tuesday near the Centrelink office.
Officers attended and arrested her at about 1pm.
She was interviewed, charged and remanded in custody to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Wednesday for a bail/remand hearing.
The woman was charged with trespass, behaviour offences and possessing cannabis.
It is understood the woman in banned from taxi and bus services and a number of Warrnambool businesses.
