Wanted: owner of handed in cash

Constable Melissa Gray said the cash was located by a Warrnambool woman in “north-ish Warrnambool”.
“We’re looking for the rightful owner of a rather large sum of money,” she said.
“I would expect the owner would be able to identify how much and have other knowledge of the cash,” she said.
The owner can contact the Warrnambool police station.
