Office manager Loretta Wilmink said they were excited to reopen the bistro on Friday night.
“It’s been a long arduous process and we’re finally up and running,” Ms Wilmink said.
City Bistro operators Mick and Tanya McGowan were looking forward to re-opening.
“It’s been tough, both financially and emotionally,” she said. “The community has been behind us. We’ve had a heap of inquiries. We’ve had so much support. It’s great to be able to repay them and say we’re back.”
