The 21-year-old will form part of Commonwealth Golf Club’s prestigious division one women’s pennant side for its grand final hit-out against Victoria Golf Club on Sunday.
She will then dash home to contest Port Fairy’s women’s pennant grand final against Portland on Monday.
It comes as fellow south-west hopeful Caleb Perry pursues a division one colts pennant crown with the South Oakleigh club.
Flaherty was confident leading into the decider.
“It’s a challenge, because you have to be at your best all the time to defeat these players,” she said.
“I lost the first two games and then won the next five so I definitely got some confidence from that.
“The more time I’ve spent at this level, the more comfortable I’ve felt. You can relax and play your own game.”
She said the second-placed Commonwealth was a chance to snare the crown.
