Maxwell McKenzie, 40, of Wattle Crescent, did not apply for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday and was remanded in custody by magistrate John Bentley until May 19.
He has been charged by Portland police with persistently breaching an intervention order, recklessly causing serious injury, recklessly causing injury and two counts of causing criminal damage.
