The Warrnambool resident was named among 29 groups and individuals receiving a Kookaburra Award for his time spent managing state parks and reserves.
Presented by Parks Victoria, The Kookaburra Award acknowledges the commitment and contributions of its 29,000 volunteers.
Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change Lily D’Ambrosio said the future of Victoria’s parks relied on these individuals.
“Victoria’s parks are some of the best in the world thanks to our passionate and hardworking volunteers,” she said.
