A sum of money has been handed into Warrnambool Police station and remains unclaimed. Leading Senior Constable Dave MacPhail said the amount was moderate and not Australian. The numbers on the notes are sequential, which may indicate the money has been drawn or ordered directly. He said the money was handed in last week and would be returned if the owner could state what country it was from, how much and when and where it was lost. Leading Senior Constable MacPhail can be contacted on 5560 1333.
