The forum is part of a series of talks to help farmers profit from the changing weather and to decrease the various risks to livestock.
The workshop will be held at the Koroit Bowls Club from 1pm to 2.30pm on Thursday, December 1 with presentations from Meat and Livestock Australia, Sinclair Wilson and Basalt to Bay Landcare.
Animal Performance with Agriculture Victoria development specialist Dr Sarah Chaplin will also outline how adverse weather can affect animals and stock behaviour can be analysed.
Various talks will include ways to plan and resource shelterbelt plantings, ways to address weather impacts and information about tax rebates for Landcare works.
