The Woodford Christmas Market will not only be a major fundraiser for Woodford Primary School but, as the school’s parent’s club member Tania Ferris explains, its benefits will extend to the wider community.

“We have invited Mackillop Family Services to our market with their 2016 Christmas Tree Appeal,” Ms Ferris said. “The community supports our small school in so many ways, we thought this would be a good opportunity to give back.”

The Christmas market will be held on Saturday from 10am to 3pm in the school grounds. As well as stalls, the event will feature children’s entertainment, a visit from Santa and live music.
