Jesse Millyard, 27, now of Buckley Street, Stratford, but formerly of Warrnambool and Port Fairy, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court to single counts of possessing and using cannabis, and possessing ammunition without a licence.
The court heard police found a bong, a mixbowl, a snaplock bag containing cannabis and three shells for a .22 rifle in a car driven by Millyard after a collision last month at the corner of Botanic and Queens roads.
Millyard was convicted and fined $350, plus $113.90 in costs.
