The seminar will be delivered by Warrnambool-based diabetes educator Ann Morris and aims to be a refresher for people using insulin pump therapy.
It also aims to provide more information about insulin pumps and additional settings that can be used on the pumps to further help people living with the condition.
Attendees will also learn more about the effects of insulin, carbohydrates and exercise on glucose levels, how to identify glucose patterns and problems, and how to work more productively with their healthcare provider by sharing detailed reports and making the necessary therapy and lifestyle changes.
The session will be held at the Hotel Warrnambool from 6.30pm. To RSVP contact Kirsty MacDougall via kirsty.macdougall@medtronic.com or 0478 878 965.
