This Sunday from 2pm the Kirkstall Hall will be the venue for the Kirky Bikkie Bake-off, organised by the hall committee and now in its second year.
The inaugural event was so successful that many cooks across the district have been in full baking mode as they seek to create the perfect biscuit.
There are plenty of categories, including decorated, allergy-free and sweet biscuits.
Entries from biscuit bakers of all ages will be accepted. But it is not all about the baking, with a biscuit-eating competition to be held and Devonshire tea available.
